Mixed/Other Districts (Waterfront)

The ‘Mixed & Other’ subject area was purposefully reserved as the last working group subject area so that any remaining substantive land-use related subjects could be discussed before the Zoning Review focused on process and administration-related material. The ‘Mixed & Other’ working group dealt solely with Waterfront-related land use issues. The primary focus of this series of discussions was to establish context-specific zoning tools and processes which will aid in the implementation of waterfront-area plans and policies.
