What Will It Cover?
The working group for this study area will examine the city’s policies for building structures within the flood plain. The group will discuss zoning strategies for regulation of these structures.

Further floodplain-related issues will be discussed in the Sustainability subject area working group meetings, currently ongoing. The updated recommendations from the Floodplains working group were incorporated into the Sustainability Working Group recommendations.
