What Will It Cover?

This area will examine the need and place for design review in our development review process. We will also review other tools for impacting urban design, such as existing design regulations that impact the character of commercial streets.

The discussion of "design review" in this working group will often focus on the review of design through the Planned Unit Development (PUD) process as modified by OP's recommendations for PUDs. Those recommendations can be viewed here.
